Are we facing a new golden era for the creative or are we facing their self-exploitation? With words such as "co-working" one tries to sell low-cost rental structures as inspiring model for jobs. The identy is cut down due to financial reasons.

More freedom and self-determination in the way to work and an appropriate pay at the same time are the parameters for an intelligent solution. Each person’s profile must be sharpened or you disappear in the gearbox of the masses.
