Faith in instinct and stamina

Angels live in Los Angeles and you dream in Hollywood - but where is the land of opportunities? For film-maker Sergej Stanojkovski it is clearly the Ruhr Area. The internationally-acclaimed director lives and works in the city of Muehlheim an der Ruhr.
The know-how of the creative in that region is totally on a par with the international competition. In particular with regards to post-production and think tank-roundtables for new screenplays, this region already offers sufficient potential. All you need is an alert instinct and a good stamina.

The waste land and the unused space offer opportunities for ideas that the creative can generate their free space and their work. Moreover, the educational policy will have to put more emphasis on promoting the film industry. Sergej Stanojkovski calls upon politics for an increased media competency in schools.

The awareness of self-confidence and the trust in the opportunities of the region can still be expanded. In doing so, the Ruhr Area will become a hub that spans far beyond the region.
