A video interview with the temporarily Istanbul based artist Bettina Krieg
Bettina Krieg is a German artist temporarily residing in Istanbul exploring the city for personal as well as artistic inspirations. The surrounding environment always informs Krieg’s work and after capturing it on camera she lets it dissolve into new forms drawn by her hand on paper.

She finished her graduate and postgraduate studies at Universität der Künste, Berlin, as well as also studying at the Australian National University of Canberra, Australia and the École Supérieure des Beaux Arts de Marseille, France. Her upcoming exhibition Methodical Inquiries Session #2 Bettina Krieg will take place in Polistar gallery, Istanbul on June 2nd and an artist book with Bettina Krieg's work will be released during the opening.
