At first sight, Antoine Dufour looks like a regular guy. A student, maybe. At least you wouldn´t recognize him as the guitar superstar that he is. He has no fancy hairdo or wears fancy clothes, he just plays really well.

Well enough that his videos on youtube have up to 12,5 million views and guitar players all over the world respond with videos of their own where they try to cover his complex songs.

But in comparison to other artists and vloggers on youtube he seems inconspicuous. He is a man of undertones, dedicated to his instrument and aiming for the perfect sound.

Patrik Welzel met Antoine at a concert in Essen, Germany. In an interview for 2010Lab.tv he talks about music, his career and howhis life changed due to the recent success.
