József Czajlik is an actor and director of plays who's acting career was launched in Thalia theatre in Košice while being a teenager. He returned in May 2011 as the artistic director of the named institution. I asked him about the ups and downs of being in change of a regional and ethnic theatre in Slovakia. Thalia has gone through notable changes in the last year or so. Can you please tell me about them?
